Return and Replacement Policy

At Little Things, we aim to provide you with the best products and services. We understand that sometimes, issues may arise. Therefore, we offer ONLY a replacement policy for products that are found to have manufacturing defects or damage due to transportation. Please read our policy carefully to understand the conditions for requesting a replacement. NO returns accepted.

Eligibility for Replacement

We offer replacements for products under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during transportation
  • Parcel opening video without any pause or editing are mandatory. Without this no replacement request will be entertained.

Non-Eligibility for Replacement

Replacements are not available for:

  • Damage due to normal wear and tear
  • Incidental damage resulting from product malfunction
  • Damage caused by customer negligence

Claim Process

If you receive a product that meets the criteria for replacement, you must:

  1. Notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Provide video and photographic evidence of the defect while the product is still in its original packaging.
